Why can't I stop eating?

Hi there,

I am 30 and a mum of 4 - triplets soon to be 6 and a soon to be 3 yr old!

I just can't stop eating, I am at least 4 stones over weight, I do try and exercise and control what I eat here and there... But I am really struggling and nothing seems to be incentive enough to get my old body back, what is wrong with me?

I am constantly obsessing about how my body looks in clothes, I hate that everything looks awful on me and can't help but envy everyone else.

Does anyone have any advice or in the same
Position who can relate to how I'm feeling... The more depressed I get the more I want to eat!
