I am quite good in the day with sticking to my plan but in the evening I just want to eat and eat and eat especially when DC have gone to bed. I have been getting through a big pack of mini eggs each night
I managed to stop myself buying a pack for today but wondering how can I distract myself from unnecessary eating?
