Ok so have tried sw and ww and was really crap at point counting etc but did manage to lose 2 stone but it took about 8 months as I have pcos and really struggle with it. I have a really nasty shoulder injury due to an accident at work so the gym is out as I am not allowed to put any strain on it and can't move it in certain directions etc so swimming is also out. I have started taking the dog for longer walks which she is loving but have decided to try ultra slim (mainly cos cheaper than sf) started today and feel full but ever so slightly queasy after the first shake. Has anyone else had this?
