Anyone else?

Any tips appreciated from experienced juicers.

Only concern I have is that I'm on an induction day for my new job on Monday, which is Day 1. Thinking I can take a flask?! Or are my new colleagues going to think I'm odd?!

I'm away with work so will be starting mine on April 10th instead. But will be watching and cheering you all on!

I juice my AM incl. lunch in one go, put into their flasks clean up then have breakfast.

I think for the spring clean it's also soups. Good luck :)

Hi Rusmum,

The caffeine withdrawal is my main concern too - I get a raging headache by mid-morning without a coffee!

Did you feel better for doing it last time?

I bet he wants the whole world doing this, at those prices.

clue: anyone using the word 'detox' is a scammer. You have two kidneys and a liver to do it for you, all for free.

Prices for what, the juices? He won't be getting a penny out of me, I'm making my own!

there's a lot of 'stating the bleeding obvious' books to sell though...

remember too much fruit = too much sugar = lots of calories.
