I need to lose 7 kgs in one month and finding it extremely difficult to stick to a diet. I have tried WW, sw, and shakes, etc but can't stick to them.

Please can anyone tell me if diet chef is any good? As it has ready meal stuff that I can use.... Any other advice or meal plan that I can use?

A friend did diet chef, its about £70 a week for one person.

She said it works, but slowly.

To stick to a diet, you have to have alot of determination and be at rock bottom with your weight.

You need to have a certain focus, and if your not at that stage yet, thats why you cant stick to a diet.

But you got to keep that10kg off once its gone. So doing a diet, losing the weight then going back to your 'normal' way of eating will set you up to yoyo perhaps for ever.

Portion control is where it's at for me at least. Smaller plates, calorie counting, weigh and measure to learn what a suitable portion for your needs is. There are some calorie counting websites out there that will suggest appropriate calorie intake based on your personal details for both weight loss and maintenance.

I have lost 4 & 1/2 stone by doing this and so far kept it off, as I was never on a diet, I educated myself about my nutritional needs and changed my intake accordingly. I have no bad foods, drink wine & eat chocolate regularly.
