I'm afraid to say I caved a little tonight. Had some dark chocolate (the super dark 85% stuff) and - gasp - two gummy sweets. I felt wretched afterwards!
I'm doing slim and save which is similar. Day 3 is notorious for being awful, I know I felt poop. Keep going at it, you've done brilliantly and it must already be showing.Can't help with the taste of the packets. I can't stomach soup which I why I so slim and save.There's a thread on here for all VLCD. There's plenty of support on there.
Forgot to say:I'm 22, 5'9 and weighed in at 13st2 when I started but now I am 12st8
I'm on day 3 and am experiencing a serious sugar crash. Day 1: I was feeling like crap, headaches, bad mood (but that was probably just grumpiness from having to start a diet!) Packets tasted foul.Day 2: Fine. Packets edible.Day 3: Packets almost enjoyable (said with optimism!) but feeling awful. Bleurghhh...Not particularly enjoying the packets either, I don't think I will be able to stomach another "tomato" soup packet! When did you start to feel the benefit? All I want to do is just stick my head in a vat of chocolate!
