I'm on day 3 and am experiencing a serious sugar crash.
Day 1: I was feeling like crap, headaches, bad mood (but that was probably just grumpiness from having to start a diet!) Packets tasted foul.
Day 2: Fine. Packets edible.
Day 3: Packets almost enjoyable (said with optimism!) but feeling awful.
Bleurghhh...
Not particularly enjoying the packets either, I don't think I will be able to stomach another "tomato" soup packet!
When did you start to feel the benefit? All I want to do is just stick my head in a vat of chocolate!
