I suffer with PCOS and have started numerous diets with little or no success over the past 12 months. Im starting again on Monday -im in the zone. Initially planned on low-carb as this is what I have most success with but keep hearing about Norah Lane/Dietcare. Can anybody telle about it? Principles, prices, experiences? Thanks
don't know about the price, but the basic premise is that you eat a fingernail sized sliver of (initially) veg every 15 minutes, then move on to slivers of protein. The actual meal guidelines are (I think) normal dietery advice.
There's some legal squabbling going on between Norah Lane and Dietcare, so they are now separate diet plans, but I think still very similar.
