Yeah, course it is.I did pump this morning and doing 2 hours pole fitness later...I love the days when I can get two sessions per day in
I don't see why not. Just listen to your body and rest when needed. We're much too sedentary these days.
I do when I have the time, although I make sure to have one 'rest' day a week.
Just that really.With the long lazy days of school holidays, my two ds are out and about a lot with their friends. Finding myself rather bored at home as I'm not great at just kicking back doing nothing.Wondering if it's okay to do an exercise session in the morning in addition to my usual one in the evening?
