I put on a fair bit of weight while pregnant. Managed to get down to 151 lbs (aiming for 144) but have put 13 lbs back on. I know why this is - I eat too much and don't do enough - but now I'm really struggling to stick to anything food or exercise-wise.
I was hoping you could share what motivates you and any tips with me. Just any advice on what works and how to change your life to loose weight!
For context, I'm pretty reliant on the car as I live 2 miles from folks (up and down steep hills) and 7 miles from work and DD is only 21 months. I swim once a week and work four full days a week and do a course over one long weekend a month.
