Dairy/soya and gluten free weightloss shakes

Done a bit of searching myself but haven't been able to find any yet so does anyone know of any?

I'm often out and about in work so need something thats quick and easy. At the moment I often just have an apple or banana otherwise I'll go without which obviously isn't good.
