I do weighted tricep dips with a 5kg plate on my lap, 3 sets of 15, three times a week. For every muscle in the body there is an opposite muscle. This is called the agonist and antagonist so if the agonist is the chest, the antagonist is the back. For the bicep it is the tricep.
I'm not massively overweight I suppose I'm a bit fat. I weigh about 11 stone and I'm 5'6. I wear a 14 usually. I have a small pot belly. I'm OK about my weight mostly, would like to lose a bit, so I'm doing 5:2. But... I have (and have always had, to an extent) awful fat arms, with wobbly batwings. I think they're getting worse. What do I need to do, what exercises specifically and how often to get rid of them. Can you get rid of them? How long does it take?
