I've got a month until I go on holiday. I've managed to drop a dress size but need to lose more weight before I hit the beach. In the past I've done Dukan, Weight Watchers and counted calories. Friends have lost weight with Slimming World. Should I go down that route or go back to Dukan (didn't enjoy it) but I'm now desperate. Help...

I don't eat meat. Only fish. I exercise a lot. Should I give up dairy?

By Paleo do you mean no bread, pasta, rice, noodles. So just fish, veggies and dairy?

Paleo is no dairy but fruit is ok.... Same as low carbing, no potatoes/rice/noodles

I do a mix and just 'eat clean'

Ok thanks everyone. Going to try Paleo 5/2 with no wine (ouch). And keep at the gym. It gets tougher in your 40s. Groan

Remember.. It's only 1 month and then you can relax a lot and eat entire menus full of food and cellars full of wine bit
