Hi ive really had enough now I need to loose about a stone well thats what wii fit says lol
I thought it maybe helpful to find a buddy who wants to loose weight aswell to egg each other on then I think im more likely to stick with it im a stay at home mum to a two year old so finding time for exercise is getting difficult. Im writing up a healthy shopping list tonight and I plan to start my diet tomorow, I actually eaten three magnums today which is terrible lol

Yeah i need to lose way more than a stone .Ive had three strawberry tarts today ,disgrageful aint it.i am a sahm so only exercice i am able to do is walk to the park which is not even half a mile away .I always get really dizzy when i diet as im anemiac so i have to be careful .What u got on ur shopping list .

Well losts of fruit which will replace my ice creams and crisps lol and ive got lots of salad foods, im replacing bread for wholemeal pitta bread and soups lol how exciting :-) im going to go swimming sunday is the plan aswell but bring nan so I can swim myself, ive just got the my fitness app to see what calories im having

Yeah i never thought about soups they are really filling and low in fat .the only soup i know how to make is potatoe soup ,i will need to learn how to make other kinds .

Yeah its hard isnt it making time to do all these things when you have children isnt it. Im a single mum aswell so extremly hard lol

Hi guys.. losing weight is so hard isn't it? Especially when you have a family to look after- we always end up coming last on the list. OP it sounds like you really love sugar :) I do too! A really effective way to cut out the sugar (and not just that, but cutting out the WANT for sugar) is pretty easy.. look over this article healthdivas.blogspot.com/2012/09/shortcut-to-stop-sugar-and-starch.html

and I think it will really help! It sure helped me and I LOVED my desserts! Along with that- you said maybe you should get a buddy- I think that is a great idea! Hi how you managing to stick to it .Im meeting my friend for breakfast ,we usually meet at mcdonalds but i think i will only can order a fruit portion today lol.

Good luck at mcdonalds I think I have to just steer clear of those places a while.

How did you get on at mcdonalds!
I still allowed 600 cals left so my fitnesspal says im hungry lol but ive stuck with it today so pleased and looking forward to dinner time

Thats good your sticking to it .i had a sausage muffin and a diet coke so not too sinful .Its been raining all day so not been able to walk it off yet .hope you enjoy your dinner.x

Thats good youve done well im going to weigh myself later and then weigh myself every two weeks. The my fitness app is very useful have you got it aswell, yes the links are interesting, I know its only first day but ive found it helpful being able to chat on here about it all x

Well I managed to go on will fit and stick to the calories the app said so I am pleased with myself I feel ok too not hungry

No i dont have that app on my fone. Its good u are only going to weigh urself every two weeks as some people get too obsessed and weigh themselves every day or so x

Have you tried any of the workout dvds ,im wondering if they any good as the weather not so good to go out walking and as a single parent i cant really afford to join a gym .

I havnt no sounds a good idea, oh your like me single parent its rather hard to fit exercise in anyway especially when on own. I have a crosstrainer and the wii fit. I have just one child two year old, how old and many do you have?

I have two girls ages 6 and 4 .Yeah its hard to gettime to think about yourself or your health sometime .I have put on 4 stone in 4 years due to antidepressants and its hard to lose it .i get sugar cravings ,do u? X

Yeah anti depressants do that :-/ I should be on them but I get given them and to worried to take them.
I do get sugar craveings to try and give myself some energy I have stuck to my healthy eating and exercise. Today son is with dad so im catching up on housework etc

Thats good you sticking with it .Im eating 1600 cals daily just now and im starving ,i cant imagine eating less than that at the moment.Anti-depressants can be great if u find one that suits you,everyone gets different side effects from different ones or some get no side effects.I find prozac amazing but doc changed me to citralopram and they were not right for me so ,the side effects i had were bad .i think doc will need to put me back to prozac .Try and getsome time to relax today while you little one is away .xx

Yes ive been starveing too lol im on 1330 cals I must have been having so much more than this before. Yes I here prozac is good for hardly any side effects. Hope you have a good day do you get a break from being mum at all?

come and join BIWi's bootcamp threads in the low carb section. There is a spread sheet with full instructions on the eating plan in the first post of each thread, its low carb and you can eat as much as you want of what you can eat.

I've lost 16 pounds since May 6th and never been hungry. I felt a bit grotty first week giving up sugar and starch but don't even think about them now. I've never eaten healthier and my appetite has reduced greatly now I'm not craving sugar all the time. I used to live on Crunchie bars for breakfast and lunch most days.

don't torture yourselves on a low fat/ low calorie diet. Low fat can actually make you more depressed as your brain needs fat to keep on top of things.

Oh i think i was eating aabout 3000 a day before.Well my oldest at schooland youngest starts nursery in august . Im in scotland so our schools j ust broke up yesterday for 6 or 7 weeks so i will get plenty of exercise tidying round after them xx
