Tracy Anderson Mat Workout?

Anyone else want to join me with doing this? I've taken my measurements and want to lose some inches around waist and thighs as well as toning in the next 4 weeks.

Has anyone had results with this dvd?

I do this. I did it quite a lot last year and then fell off the wagon as was really busy renovating our house and then moving.

I have started doing it again just recently. I did see good results before, felt fitter and stronger and was toned. You really have to stick at it and do it a lot though. At the moment I try to do either the Mat DVD or 30 mins cardio on my rebounder 4 to 5 times a week. If I'm feeling extra energetic, I do Mat until the end of the weightless arms and then do 30 mins rebounder.

Tell me more. Been looking at this as amazon reviews are great. Main complaints seem to be lack of instructions and it is quite long. But people rave about results.
