Hi Nacho yes, did it last night and really pushed myself hard and altho I'm still unfit I feel I can do a lot more than on day 1. haven't decided whether to do a 90 or 30 day shred. might do level2 on mon and see how I go.
Well, day 11 and did the first session at level 2 today which I'd been looking forward to. Found it v difficult cos've all the planking and the simplified version doesn't really address that problem. Pulled a muscle in my bum too and there's 'another issue' I'm not v happy about but I think I'll stick with it if I can at least for another day and reevaluate Any tips re the planking issue?
Good to - are you on level one? If do maybe give it s go but do the simplified versions and take breathers if you need to. I did that after the worst of my cold had broken. Don't think it made it any worse and I felt better for having done something and not given up as you mentioned. Having said that my cold is still here but I don't think it's the exercise as DD2 has had the same illness and symptoms on the same time scale IYSWIM
Just done day 12! Level 2. Had to stop midway through the last ab exercise, the plank twist thing. Did a few but my arms just aren't strong enough (especially at the end of that session) so I pauses the video and did 20 push ups and a minute of twist crunches. Do you think that would do as an alternative?
