Sorry, wrong thread, anyway, how are you all doing? I had to abandon Shred after 40 days (so I did complete the first 30 day cycle). All the lunges and squats were really hurting my knees. It was a great starting block for fitness though and I moved onto running the C25K which weirdly doesn't hurt my knees at all!

Hello, yes I finished it yesterday! Woo hoo! I'm now shredded
I still have a long way to go, but doing this and the 5.2 diet means I have lost 9lbs and a dress size in just over 5 weeks. I'm going to go back and start again from the beginning, I'm shall attempt to follow Natalie for at least some of the workout
I have abandoned c25k for the time being but would quite like to give it another go sometime. I'm worried it makes my arthritic hip flare up again with all the pounding. Shred seems easier unbelievably
