Celebrity Slim or Slim fast?

Is there a difference between the two? Had a SF this morning and I have nearly a tin left of the strawberry shake which leaves a metal taste in my mouth. So, do I go for the vanilla SF next, which is lush, or switch to CS?

I have never tried CS before so any tips would be greatly appreciated :-)

So if there is no difference, I might as well stay with Slimfast, and have a slim a soup for lunch if I need a change, and maybe a lowcal/ low carb evening meal.
If the Celebrity one was way better I' d consider swapping, otherwise no point.

Anywhere with SF on offer at the moment do you know??

I know you not looking for another diet per se - but have you looked at Slim and Save - they do shakes as meal replacements at a very good price.

How sad and desperate am I? Currently having SlimFast, listening to virtual gastro band and just started 30 day shred.

Surely I can stick to one of these?
