Hi to everyone, I'm new to the message boards just joined a few moments ago! Was wondering if there were any fellow dieters out there I just joined slimming world today and have 5 stone to lose! Having a glass or two of wine while I watch Dr.Who and The Voice (recording BGT) eating plan starts tomorrow along with spin class ouch!!

I lost 2 stone on slimming world then another stone just calorie counting I think slimming world is great if you have a big appetite I sure did and always ate my own body weight in pasta.
