How many calories do you burn in a SHRED workout?

Would calorie content differ from L1 to L2? (Surely, it must Shock)

About 180 cals, thats what it measured when I used a heart monitor/cal counter. It will depend on your weight as well, it is only 18 minutes of exercise with a gentle warm up, so its pretty good for such a short time.

I did L2 today and really went for it...

I'd be gutted if I burnt off less than a Hot X Bun!!!

I think its a very good burn rate for such a short period of time! You could always do the levels back to back Grin

I always tracked it as "circuit training, general" on MFP. When I first started (6' and a size 22 Blush) I burnt 430 calories in half an hour.

I track as circuit training too which at 5' 1" is 144 calories for 20 mins. Sometimes it doesn't seem worth logging (but I do) Smile
