my G.P has prescribed me 120mg to be taken 3 times a day. I've put on soooooo much weight due to.comfort eating in the past 2 months. so I've started the long road to dropping the lbs today.....

currently weigh - 93 kgs

desired weight - 80 kgs by end of April. it seems impossible but I want to aim as low as possible so I push myself hard.

anyone currently using these weight loss pill wanna join me & share their experiences.

ohhelpohnoitsa

actually it was the G.P who started the conversation because I had gained a lot over a period of 2 months (I've been on meds that cause weight gain). so to counter it they have put me on weight loss pills. I'm trying hard to control.my over eating atm. a lot harder than it seems but taking it a day at a time really.

I'm very over weight for my height... I've lost a bit haven't had the courage to weigh myself yet but my stomach feels smaller than before (my family have even notices it) so the pills must be working. my family were saying I was looking very over weight (bloated) last week & they were getting worried but they can the improvements already so are really glad I'm.on the right track.

for me comfort eating is a major factor so I'm seeking help from my ffamily in this area (basically they hide all the sweets & chocolate in places I don't know about) idea being if it's not ibid front of me I won't eat it. I have substituted chocolate for biscuits though but only have "rich tea".

sorry just clambered on there....

I suppose the first thing to do is to get urself weighed at the G.P he will calculate ur BMI & u could start the conversation that way.
