Hi I can't comment on 5:2 diet as I know very little about it. I'm in the same position as you & have just joined slimming world - it seems fairly easy. It's really good to get in the habit of eating healthily by having lots of fruit and vegetables.
Want to lose a bit of weight but me and DH are considering TTC, do you think this would be a sensible way to diet?
