Dc3 is 4 weeks today and I weigh 11 stone 12. I normally weigh about 10 stone. I had a section and still look a good 5 months pregnant.

I am bfing so need to be sensible but signed up for weight watchers on line today. They allow you extra points for the bfing.

Would lovely some company from people in a similar situation

I'll keep you company, DD2 is 7 weeks now and also ebf. Pre both babies I was a size 10, now I'm 12-14 so there's a fair bit to lose, most of it on my hips and bum. I haven't signed up to anything like WW (would love to but can't afford to at the moment) so just trying and failing to eat healthily and stay off the cake. Hoping to start some proper exercise again now that Ive had my 6 week check.

Having said that I can hear the birthday cake calling me from the kitchen. Must resist! :)

Oh yippee heffa

I would love to be at 12/14 now! I'm telling myself I'm still in maternity clothes because of my c section scar but I know I'm lying to myself Blush

Hi

Can I join, my baby is 10 weeks old I joined ww online and lost 8lb but i am slowing down because I am getting lazy and hungry Smile I am also ebf and I am actually worried about how will I ever be able to cope with less than 40 points Blush

I am now 10st 141/4 lb and need to be under 10 if I got to 10 I would be happy, I know I could do it if I just got more exercise but I don't have much motivation these days

I'm short so extra weight is really noticable on me Sad

Welcome tooodle, what's your weigh in day? Congrats on the loss so far. I know what you mean, 40 points really doesn't seem that much Blush

I'll join you, I'm combine feeding - my baby is three months old and I've got exactly a stone to lose. Really struggling as am addicted to sugar and as we have a three old as well and my hubbie works long hours - we are eating convienence food. I really want to knock off some more before Xmas - please motivate me!

Don't think I can really join in as DS is now 20 months and I'm still struggling to lose my last half stone (don't think I can call it baby weight when baby is now a toddler Grin ) but for those of you breastfeeding, just wanted to say to make sure you are drinkin enough - I was constantly snacking while breastfeeding and actually gained weight after having DS due to this. Clicked about 12 weeks that I was actually thirsty a lot of the time Blush but good luck all of you!

Thanks rockchick that's a good tip to remember, I get ravenously thirsty while feeding but if I don't make sure I've got plenty to drink before feeding I end up snacking instead.

Today was not a good day food wise but I've had worse, and was pleased with myself for not having a cake or cookie with my coffee out in town earlier when I would always have done before. Baby steps and all that...!

Hv shouted at me for ww diet even though breast feeding mum version! In hindsight I was running around after 3 little ones so much I was not eating enough and she was right though I was angry at time! Ds4 is 5 months and I am breast feeding and intending on eating healthily and walking dog to shift my baby weight. Your baby still v young ! I would find weight issues to much pressure so early. I lost weight with my other 3 by healthy eating and ex but slowly over a year just a pound or two a week. Patience required and tummy stapled

Hello, can I join?

Not sure how best to get rid of my baby weight. I don't really have much to lose but I DO want to get fitter and tone up the podge on me. I also gained a lot of weight after I had dd and I don't want to fall into the same trap now I've had ds.

No idea how to get fit with two under two!

Hi

I plan on weighing in on sun morning although I done a sneaky weigh in yesterday morning and might have lost 2lb this week I don't want to get my hopes up Blush I never trust scales

Does anyone know any really good tummy toning exercises I have the 30 day shred DVD but I just can't find the motivation Blush

Me too please! Yesterday I got offered a seat on the tube (due to looking pregnant) and DD2 is 7 weeks old :( I have about a stone and a half to lose.

I know how to lose weight, and I managed last time, but I'm struggling to find the motivation to diet this time, and have no time to exercise.

The Shred is great Toodle, really good for muscle toning, including abs. If you can find the time I'd really recommend it.

Ds was my 3rd and my tummy muscles separated each time and on top of that had a section this time this my muscles have no chance Sad

I look really pregnant. Which I love when I am pregnant but not so much now. I'm still very swollen from hematoma above scar so hoping that is causing some of the problem

YY fish I'm the same, I look good as a pregnant woman but now I just look blobby. Don't love it.

I'm really struggling with sugar cravings at the moment - any suggestions for dealing with them?

I'm in. DS is 4 weeks old. I was a stone over my pre-DD weight when I got pregnant so have 2st 11lb to lose Blush.

Have struggled with WW so far but the energy slumps and sugar cravings seem to be subsiding, so I'm ready to give it a go.

WI date usually Monday, but I missed it this morning as I was away from home.

Ok this is not a stealth boast, just some motivation if any of you need it. I started My Fitness Pal when my baby was 5 weeks old, I weighed 13st 5lbs. She is now nearly one year old (my eldest is 2 so I had 2 under 2 too). I am still breastfeeding her and I do the shred 3 times a week after they have gone to bed.

I now weigh 9st 7lbs and feel pretty healthy. I didn't loose the weight between babies and just kept wearing my maternity clothes, now my old jeans fit and it is the best feeling in the world.

Good luck everyone.

Oh good job Stealth!

Well done Fish and Toodle.

I don't have any scales yet - they're still in our shipment - but I'm looking forward to finding out what I weigh.

Still really struggling with sugar cravings and being starving ALL THE TIME. Think I need to go cold turkey on sugar.

Hi all, I will join you if that's ok!

My DS is 15 weeks. I have lost my baby weight but was a bit too big before so still have a stone to go, ideally. I'm 12.6 now and size 14, aiming for 11.7 and size 12 (I'm tall so smaller than that would be odd iykwim).

I've found walking to be the best thing, DS loves it as he gets a proper long nap in the pushchair. I'm doing about 3 miles a day. Need to up the veggie intake and lower the biscuit intake though!

Ladies (especially those post CS like me) who are thinking about ab toning exercises, PLEASE be careful. It's very soon. I have heard some horror stories about muscle separation. I an focussing on aerobic exercise at this stage.
