Lighter life...anyone now what the food packs are now?

Hi, I've been on LL before and lost 3st! 2 years on and I have put 12lbs on! I am going to back on LL for a couple of weeks to get my weight shifted! Does anyone now what the food packs are now? What's nice? I don't have a microwave so will not be able to eat any packs that need a microwave to cook. Thank you for reading
