I stopped smoking over a month ago using his method and I have just seen he has.one for dieting as well .

Is it worth getting ?

I have weighed myself this morning and I need to lose 3 stone , I have made a start today but need all the help I can get .

Yes. It is a good read, but not worth buying IMO.
He basically tells you to become a vegetarian!
I know plenty overweight vegetarian.

His smoking and alcohol books are legendary though

Thank you , I was hoping it was going to be more along the lines of the smoking one .

Any books you would recommend on the subject ? I have got to get rid of thus lardy arse and get fitter , I feel better for not smoking already but I have put on a few pounds and I really can't pretend I am just cuddly any more .

Not sure. I am a failed / lapsed dieter. Currently 3 stone or so too fat.
I firmly believe its all in the head. Once you get the mindset to do it, you can.
The hard part is maintaining the mindset. I have found it just disappears like a vapour after a few weeks of focused eating right

All diets work if you stick to them Confused

Me too , I was hoping to find the right book to keep the motivation going .

What phase are you at atm ? I am at the got to sort this shit out phase , which has always turned into the hurrah I have lost half a stone phase , rapidly followed by the Fuck it I am having a curry phase which funnily enough lasts longer than the others .

Actually I am in a temporary and very unpleasant D and V phase! Hope it results in some weight loss - silver linings and all that
