Any dukaners out there?

I need someone to give me a good kick up the backside so I can get my arse into gear!

I started dukaning a few months ago an sis really well. I had lost 20 pounds. Then life got in the way and shit hit the fan. And I fell off the wagon and have been carb, yes my beloved carbs, overloading.

Have put on all the weight I lost and feel like a fat frump. My confidence has taken a huge nosedive, but I can't stop eating.

This diet works. It made me feel great and I didn't feel deprived. What can I do to get back on track? Help!!!

A few weeks ago I cheated one night out. It was like the balloon popping and downhill ever since.
I'm back on it from today -come on lets do this together Grin

Hi ladies, I'll join too if you don't mind! I wanted to start last weeks but carbs got in the way. Blush I'd like to lose about 10lbs but I'll settle for 7-8lbs too!

Are we allowed 0% fat vanilla yoghurt during attack and cruise? or it's too sweet?

There's a Yeo valley version and an M&S one.

Hi! Sorry for the late response but I'm overseas. And then the kids are driving me batty!Angry

So I weighed myself this morning and was horrified! I've put in all the weight I've lost. So I have to, have to stay away from carbs. So whenever I feel the temptation I'll come on here!

It's a protein day.

So far, 2 boiled eggs, some roast chicken and turkey rashers. A mini babybel light and sugar free jelly for a snack. Then steak and an oatbran biscuit for dinner.

I do sometimes find protein days hard!

Why is it do easy to put on weight?!

As long as it doesn't have sugar in the yoghurt you should be ok!

i don't think they're allowed on attack and cruise, but as a rule of thumb anything with less than 5% fat is allowed.

officially:
"Only fat-free cheese is allowed including quark, fromage frais and cottage cheese."

regarding sugar in dairy products:

"Sugar Contents

Managing sugar intake is just as important as cutting down the fat. Most food is easy - just check the label for sugar contents - job done. Unfortunately dairy gets a bit tricky here. Because it contains lactose there is no such thing as sugar free dairy.

To make sure a dairy product is ok to eat on the diet you need to check the sugar contents (keep it as low as possible) and then make sure that there is no added sugar - like from flavouring for example."

I'm at the beginning of cruise (short attack as suggested by the official site. lost 3lbs after attack.

my weight is going down but I'm finding it very difficult to do the PP days at work. i got stared at and criticized today, apparently i shouldn't be dieting at all because i look fine.

i was wondering whether doing PP breakfast & dinner and PV lunch everyday would work, instead of the 1pp/1pv?
