Last thread took 5.5 months to fill compared to 8 for the one before, am actually down 3lb on the start of the last one ShockShock but weight creeping up again and still way up on my low of 30 March

Here's to a healthy summer with lots of lovely walks and not too many ice creams Grin

Got all my measurements done for my pt, trainer now been instructed that I want a slimmer waist and thighs and a bum lift GrinGrinGrin

Well it appears i am 3.5lb down on the start of last thread.

Will log it here at 10.6.5.

This is not really very good. Concerted effort needed before the summer hols and would like to get down to 10.2 before France - so 4.5lb in 5 weeks which should be do-able although half term and Jubilee partying may scupper the start somewhat Blush

Loti , you do NOT have lots to lose. You are gorgeous as you are. Toning and fitness is fine, and will be my focus too.

I must say I feel much better and more motivated. No drinking, sleeping well and some faint hope on the job front seems to be working wonders Smile

Right, back after a particularly crap weekend again

2k run, 1hr circuits, 5 mins powerplate, took DD's swimming.

Undone partly by finishing off the leftover tortilla chips, but at least they are gone.......

No pilates today, but i did tromp around 2 lots of shops with DD2. Managed to do ok on food, despite meatballs for lunch. Om Nom.

I was so ashamed I didn't even weigh in last week but am up 4.25 on 2 weeks ago and +11.5 on 30 March ShockShock

One consolation is that I am still not smoking (hence the continued shovelling), I did briefly fall off the wagon when we were camping last weekend and had a few puffs but in fact it tasted disgusting and didn't make me feel better so think I might be cured Grin Still want one but knowing that I wouldn't like it is such a help.

Well done on the spin loti and non smoking fjorn.

Done 5 mins cross trainer, 50 mind circuits, 5 mins powerplate, took dd1 swimming.

Food ok, not fab as had a small crust of bread with my soup.

I'm so fat, guys! Deserve to be fatter tbh, but why oh why have I not found my mojo? I'll find it when I've got two stones to lose, no doubt Hmm.

I'm feeling old, tired, demotivated, can't-be-arsed, and just generally wanting to hide from the world. It's one of those horrible viscious circle things...if I looked good I'd want to do more to look better/maintain it.
