Hotel recommendation in Geneva

Switzerland has always been one of dh's dream destinations and I'm planning a 40th birthday weekend there. Can anyone recommend a good hotel? Smallish, boutique type. Quite funky and friendly, with some luxury (the latter mostly for me!) I have never been, so any suggestions most gratefully received. Ta.
