Heading to Amsterdam looking for any tips and recommendations for things to do.

Book your entry to Anne Frank's house on line then you don't have to queue. We all enjoyed the Canal Bus - top tip get on for the first time at one of the stops around the city rather than by the station, they often forget to stamp your ticket so you get a bit longer on the 24\48 hour tickets.
If you have small people with you Nemo is great for them.

Van Gogh museum wonderful and just walking around the canals is lovely too
