Talk me through a Las Vegas wedding

Me and partner are looking to get hitched in Vegas in a couple of months.

Think we gonna go with a wedding package at one of the chapels, probably just the cheapest simplest package.

If anyone has done this would you mind just talking me through the process ie how far do we need to book in advance, how and when we get the marriage license and how to get a marriage certificate afterwards.
As I'm a bit clueless
