How much fudge per person?

I'm offering little bags of fudge at my wedding but I'm unsure how much to order (in weight).

Any ideas please anyone?

What is purpose? Treat or show or as little dessert with coffee or take-home?

If its good fudge two generous cubes each would be enough at the table. If take-away then its a gesture so a few smaller cubes nicely wrapped. I suspect most wedding stuff is for initial effect but if you want nice take-away about 2-3 oz each of nice I guess?

Well I'm trying to do my own version of a sweet table/cart but just with fudge, , so I'm imagining different kinds of fudge displayed with bags and tongs/scoops.

Ah well, if it were me I would go for larger cubes on silver/nice arrangements small clear bags or small sweetshop paper ones and encourage careful selection. Take some display cues from high end chocolates/cakes and allow average two cubes per person? Some will have 4 some none. Are you doing other sweets as well? If so nice bullseyes, aniseed twists and really sour sours are fun for guests..

2 pieces per person -70g at the most. Get them to bag/box it up . You think you'll have time. You won't!!!
