I hate cutting up and peeling the blighters but wanna use for me and the baby to try tonight (for which read in about an hour...!)
Can I just wash it, roast it whole with skin on and chop after or will that not work/take forever/be a disaster?
Or is there an easy peeling/chopping solution that does not involve lots of swearing and a trip to A&E?
