I have misplaced my copy of AK's Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner. Grrrrrr.

I was going to make a pasta dish from the 2nd stage weaning section - the one which has tomatoes and cream cheese in. Whilst I'm turning the house upside down looking for the book, could anyone be so kind as to post that recipe here for me?????

The tomato and basil pasta sauce one for 6-9months? Has butter, onion, tomatoes, basil and cream cheese in it.

Do you want method and amounts?

I was going to wing it, but I'm really not very good in the kitchen, so method and amounts would be great.

She says this makes two portions of sauce.

15g/ 1/2 oz butter
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
150g/5 oz rip tomateos, skinned, seeded and chopped.
2 torn basil leaves
2 teaspoons of cream cheese.

Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onion until softened. Add the tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes or until mushy. Stir in the basil and cream cheese and heat through. Puree in a blender.
