Just wanted to know where we go from here. She grabbed some lovely multi seed bread, chewed it and swallowed (she is 23 weeks). She sat there with poppy seeds and slobber all around her mouth looking very, very pleased with herself.

So where do we go from here? I was thinking of peeling a carrot and steaming it for about 5 mins and giving it to her. Does that sound ok?

Please help as its all moving a bit too fast for me!

Yes carrot sounds fine and steamed apple slices so they are slightly soft.

Ah just go for it. See what else she nicks. As long as it's not salty or alcoholic she'll be fine. DD was very good at snaffling food at that age too!

Thanks everyone, the carrot is in the steamer now.

Lula, I think I will have to eat the bread away from her. I didn't have the heart to take it out of her mouth and she looked so happy when she had eaten it.
