Tempeh...suitable for 8m DS?

Having admitted to that, can anyone tell me whether I can give tempeh to my 8m DS?

Well I've learnt something new - looks good!
I am not a HV, doctor or nutritionist but reading the link below I would give it to my 8 month DS.

Well I made a tempeh and mushroom pie for dinner last night and DH and I enjoyed it. DS will be getting some for his lunch later and I hope he likes it too.

It does look disgusting in that picture though doesn't it
