DS1 used to love it and I want to try DS2 on eggs now. So far I remeber using an egg, some milk and the microwave but I can't remeber quantities...

2 eggs
1oz sugar
10 fluid ounces milk

Whip it all up, stick it in a dish, put nutmeg on the top if you want, bung it in the oven for an hour. Don't know how long you'd microwave it for though.
