I'm concerned my lo is not eating enough healthy fats and think that more fish might be the answer (he is not eating dairy at all currently but is bf)
Neither me nor DH eat enough fish so I really have not got a clue what to do with it. He has had tinned tuna and steamed cod but I was concerned about bones in other tinned fish and what is suitable at this age.
He is BLW and eats pretty much anything now so any other suggestions for where he might be getting or could get the healthy fats from
