My DD is nearly 7 months and she is kind of getting to grips with weaning. When we started she wouldn't actually swallow anything and anything on a spoon would get pushed back out of her mouth.
I kept offering bits of our dinner and added a spoon-fed breakfast which she was starting to eat and swallow.
She's not been well for about a week and went completely off milk. She had hardly any solids too as she wasn't that bothered.
She seems mostly better but still won't have her milk - she cries as if she's hungry but then stops after an oz or 2. Problem is, she's not eating enough food to make up for it!
Should I drastically up the food or persevere with the milk? I can't see she is getting enough of either at the moment!
