My daughter is 1 now and isn't interested in food. She'll eat certain things but I can't seem to get her to try different things or eat proper meals. I don't know what to do, looking for some advice x

Yes, if you could tell us which milk she is having and how much, that would be very useful.

Mine is the same! I've no advice as I've tried cutting milk and she just responded by feeding all night instead!

My DS, at that age, had a diet that consisted almost entirely of breadsticks and fromage frais. We have him on camera dropping his birthday cake over the side of the high chair.

We had a brief phase of him eating mashed potato with mashed up veg and meat and gravy for a couple of weeks at about 10 months, but he stopped that when we went to the in-laws and he did not like MIL's cooking Blush.

It was the days of Milupa - he got stuck on this so we gradually adulterated it with overcooked soup pasta and very mushy broccoli.

We just gradually introduced similar, but slightly different things. Bread sticks became homemade bread with egg in it, fromage frais got gradually adulterated with very pureed apple and the two together once became Apple Charlotte Grin, which was successful. Then things with bread crumbs became ok - fish fingers, chicken fingers and eventually home made chicken nuggets (with M&S Rodney the Reindeers at Christmas).

We just gradually worked on the bland tastes and textures, changing them subtly and going back when necessary.

Took years Sad
