starting BLW and forgotten how!

Dc3 about to turn six months so guess I will have to start giving him some food.... I did BLW with my other two but I can't remember how.... Can I just give him whatever the others are having or am I supposed to start with vegetables or some such?! You would think the third time around I would know but evidently the children have sucked all brain power.....! Any thoughts welcomed, thanks!!

Stick food on tray and leave to make mess! Basically!
I just gave bits of what the others are having didn't bother starting with anything in particular, only thing is I think just if you are worried a it allergies you should give certain things in isolation just in case..
