peanut butter recipes - any suggestions?

Hello - looking for some suggestions for weaning recipes involving peanut butter for an 8 month old. I have bought some smooth lower sugar peanut butter and aside from putting it on toast strips, I can't find any inspiration for what else to do with it!

Any suggestions gratefully received, be they finger foods or spoonable ones.

Chicken satay, tofu satay, spread on rice cakes, use as a dip for crudités.

Cookies! Don't have a recipe to hand but I'm sure there's one somewhere that you could adapt (eg lower sugar).

My LO likes licking it off a bread stick. He also enjoys a dollop in his Greek yogurt.

I'm looking forward to satay once I can get my LO to approve of chicken
