Eeeeek Fish bone!

I thought I had very carefully flaked through the salmon for ds's lunch, however on taking the last bite from his bowl for myself I discovered a bone. Now I'm really worried he could have swallowed one. He's 7 months and isn't showing any symptoms of discomfort. I googled baby swallowing fish bone and found hardly anything which makes me feel even worse!

Ugh...
