hi. I am weaning my ds onto solids. he is 6mo. we are doing a mixture of spoon feeding And finger foods. the spoon feeding is going well and he seems to eat most stuff we have offered so far. My question is on portion size. With the porridge and baby rice he seems always to Wang more but there doesn't seem to be any indication of how much is the right amount? TIA

Wondering exactly the same thing as there is no guidance on packaging and with our lil one's apetite it would be sooo easy to overfeed her....

few girls answered my question about creamy porridge to say keep the same amount of bottles and just let her try few spoonfuls of other stuff. Apparently she will reduce the milk intake herself but I just cannot see that happening with her she is always hungry ??

if you get to speak to hv about all this please share it
