DS started weaning a couple of weeks ago - not keen on puree so I've given him finger food for the last 10 days. He has been very enthusiastic about veggie sticks (cooked & raw), and some cooked chicken & turkey breast.
So what next? I'd like him to eat what the family eats as much as possible (2 older kids so the fewer meals I have to cook the better obviously). Can I just let him eat what we eat now as long as I don't add salt/salty stock cubes? What about recipes including bacon?
I also see lots of people giving cheese, is that really OK? Isn't cheddar really salty?
I'm sure I should know all this, being on no 3, but I just can't remember from last time.
Thanks for your thoughts!
