I'm starting to get into making up meals for ds, lunch today being mixed up apple puree, baby rice, cinnamon and boob milk. he seems to like it. BUT I'm wondering how well such things store. like can I make it in the morning and then pop it in a cool bag or thermos tub for his lunchtime away from home, does boob milk in things seperate badly? ditto for frezeing. if its sproblem with boob milk will I do better using whole milk in food?
IF no one knows I'll do some experiemnting and report back.

If the breastmilk hasn't been previously frozen, you can freeze the made up food. You could make it up in advance and get it out of the freezer in the morning so it defrosts by lunchtime. But then again, the consitency of the food can be affected by freeezing meaning you need more/lessliquid....

I don't think there's anything wrong with putting it in a coolbag with an iceblock for lunchtime though.
