Hi, just wanted to see if this sounds about right for my nearly 10 month old..... This is a rough example of our daily routine.

6.30: wake up, 7oz formula

8am: breakfast, peach chopped up and some toast or cereal

9.30am: nap for an hour and a half roughly

12.30: a cheese and ham sandwich with a few cherry tomatoes

2pm: 6oz formula followed by a short nap (nap doesn't always happen!)

4.30pm: dinner which is usually a small portion (a baby sized bowl) of what we have had the night before so spag bol, cottage pie, chicken and bacon pasta, roast dinner etc. Followed by a yogurt, fromage frais or rice pudding.

5.30/6ish: 6oz formula

6.30/7ish: bedtime

she has water throughout the day from a sippy cup, between 50-100mls

does this all sound ok? Should we be dropping some formula, is she having enough food and water?

Meant to say its not always a peach at breakfast but some sort of fruit (but peaches are her favourite!)

also forgot to say she usually has some more fruit after her lunch.

I have a similar routine except that I give a snack and water at 11 (or whenever he wakes from his nap and I've swapped the afternoon milk for a food snack.

Milk on waking
8am breakfast
10ish nap
11am snack
1pm lunch
3pm snack
Nap
5ish dinner
6.30 milk
Bed

Sounds very similar to my 10 1/2 month old, see my other thread for details, but I normally do acooked lunch then dinner is more snacky, just because.
Naps are also very similar! Mine is bf so not sure about ounces but her feeds are short, maybe a couple more than you but probably smaller.
I'm not an expert but the amount of milk you're giving sounds good to me, that's a total of 19oz, which is about right for that age? I'm sure someone with better knowledge will be along, but sounds like good weaning progress to me.

Wotsits!!!! Haha, oh dear! Just because that's what we'd all like for breakfast...
Well other than that little mishap I'm glad it's all going well x
