DD is 12mo and I'm starting to think about introducing cow's milk to slowly replace her formula and also to move her off the bottle. She has three bottles at the moment and is pretty good with a sippy cup (the Tommee Tippee free flow one).
Was wondering how others have done it? I've given her the odd taste and she seems fine with it. Should I mix it with formula at first? Or just introduce it at meals and then replace one bottle at a time?
As for replacing bottles, is there any issue with going straight to a sippy cup? Or is any other type of beaker a better option? We have the cow print one but she seems to struggle with the valve..
She's a wee little thing so I'm keen that she keeps her milk intake up. HVs are a little thin on the ground near me so would be grateful for any tips!
