My 10 month old DS is going through a furious teething episode and currently won't eat his dinner, but really craves something hard to chomp on for his gums. I gave him a rusk because I wanted to give him something to satisfy that need and also to fill up his tummy so that I could give him ibuprofen at bed time without it upsetting his stomach but I don't want to give them to him regularly as they are full of sugar. He loves Biccypegs for the relief they give him, but obviously they are purely for that reason and not a meal. Is there anything similar but more healthy that I can give him instead?
