Is my DS getting enough food?

DS is 10 months and I'm wondering if he should be eating more. A typical day goes like this:
7-8am - milk feed and weetabix or toast
10.30 - snack of rice cakes / or small slice of fruit loaf / or a bit of banana
11.30-12 - lunch - homemade lunch the equiv to around half or a third of a commercial jar, followed by a yoguart (SP!) or a fruit pot and then soem water
2.30 - 7oz milk after his nap
4.30 dinner of similar amount to lunch time
6pm 7oz milk then bed.

I just had a look at the AK meal planner book and it looks like he should be eating masses more than that! But he weighs nearly 25lbs so it's not like he's starving or anything and he eats as much as he wants - he just doesn;t want any more food. Should I be trying to force him to eat more?

sounds fine to me, your DS is eating more than my 2 yr old.

I have a 9 month old and she eats as follows

7am - weetabix/toast
9am - milk feed (7oz)
11.30am - 2 fruit pots, yoghurt and banana
2pm - milk feed
4.30pm - 7mnth jar and a yoghurt
6.30pm - milk feed

Occasionally a biscuit of fruit in between these, but not often.

Sounds fine to me but even if it didn't (and there will be days when every baby doesn't eat much at all!) there's no point trying to force anyone to eat.

Sounds fine to me. If his weight is fine and he is happy then I wouldn't worry.

I wouldn't worry. I have a 10 motnh old and sometimes she eats loads, sometimes she doesn't. Don't actually know how much she weighs at the moment either .

I have to add that almost all of the babies from my PN group eat about the same. I just can't understand how any baby could eat as much as AK goes on about! But then also, when I make up her meals, they never make as many portions as she suggests - maybe her portions are so small that her babies have to eat more meals because they are so hungry!
