Could tongue tie affect the amount my blw baby eats?

DD is now 10 months old. She had a tongue tie snipped at 2 weeks old (diagnosed with 75% tongue tie) but I didn't notice a major improvement in her breast feeding straight away. Gradually the pain of feeding settled and she gained weight with very frequent, long feeds.
We started blw (which had worked brilliantly for my older daughter) at 6 months. It seemed ok at the start but we've had periods of really bad reflux, vomiting and she's really unsettled at night. She doesn't really eat much at all, most of it ends up on the floor or in her hair! She still wakes up every 2 hours from midnight to 6am and screams and arches her back until she's breast fed, which takes ages.
I recently started to wonder if the tongue tie could be responsible. Does anyone have any experience of blw-ing a tongue tied baby, and how did it affect them a few months in? Could she need another snip? All advice/experiences appreciated.

did you get help op?

my view is yes possibly a posterior tie and can't get food to the back of her mouth.

I'm wondering that for my dd2. and googled blw and tie to see if anyone else had the same probs....

I'll stop there in case you dont come back!
